I do enjoy painting backgrounds just as much as drawing characters. I've yet to do the 2 together though

How I love the way you colour rocks. <33 What I find amazing is how they blend into the white, and the bits of reddish orange that reflect everywhere. Behold! It's trippiness in a box.

It a really great work for a speedpainting. I love the atmosphere and the colours...fading into gray.
You created a really nice depth of field I must add.

I like to imagine it as a basketball court in another world, where only the highest of the aristocracy are allowed to play. And the uniform includes hoods.

I love your backgrounds. Painting scenes are so much fun, don't you think? I like the dark feeling in this one, and I find it amazing that you did all of this in about an hour.

Wow, it's hard to belive that's a speedpaint o__o;; I like how the richness of the ground contrasts with the lightness of the sky and rocks. It looks like there's a light mist or fog coming down on it. Beautiful <3
