Beautiful tutorial, the idea and skill is amazing and you've broken it down slowly so that it's easy to follow.
On a personal level, this is my favourite way to shade, to erase the shadows to make light and shade. It's really good that you added that in to the title. Visually, it's easy to understand and makes what can seem a very daunting technique simple! I'd recommend this to beginners who want to test out traditional-style painting. Also a complicated process in comparison to cell shading and flat colouring. Your naming and suggesting settings and brushes to use plus starting basic and slowly moving to more detail in the shading helps the reader a lot.

The only real concern of mine is that your explanation could be clearer, explaining the other layers you might include like Lineart and Base Colour. And highlighting that the shadow layer is the same shape and size as the colouring layer. Also those new to all styles of shading might need a bit of elaboration on their Light Source and how that works to direct the light. Maybe using an image similar to 'a lamp in a dark room' to briefly explain it.

But considering this is a quickly done tutorial, it packs a punch and is both inspiring, beautiful and very helpful. You went straight into it and pushed out the basic need-to-do's for this style of shading. Your bolded tips are a great touch, and I think it's awesome it that you mentioned using the Multiply setting for a multicoloured creature.

I love your tutorial, I'll probably experiment with it in future!

Tanks for the critique, dear! His is definitely meant to be an easy tutorial... yeah, probably i should add a picture or sentence explaining that the brighter wolf is the basic colour layer and the other one the dark we layer i mentoin...
