Description
So this is my first ever Bio creation!I finally got myself a graphic tablet and now I just cant stop drawing haha
This character is one I created for My Hero Academia and she is a villain. I haven't really thought about how she is and stuff yet since I just wanted do make an OC for BNHA
I know her Quirk and her 'Villain Name' are nothing special but that was actually intended, not everyone is able to have a super unique quirk after all.
She will probably join or will already be a part of the League of Villains and may or may not kinda have a thing for Shigaraki Tomura. This boy doesn't get enough love haha
I think I will make a few more OCs for My Hero Academia, since it's really fun to get a little creative

Like the quirk, though I think the villain name would be more intimidating if it had something to do with Toxicity. Ex. "Toxic" sounds a little more intimidating to me than "Poison." Other possibilities could be Belladona [a poisonous plant] or Hemlock [another poison].

Quirk: Water Manipulation
Type: Emitter
Description: They cannot produce the water they work with, rather, they use water vapor in the air. They can then use it in liquid form, freeze it, or even change the density to create a fog. They can use liquid water or thaw ice to use, but that requires a bit more effort and/or conscious thought than converting water vapor, as that is what their body naturally does when they use their quirk

I had a similar Idea to a quirk just with liquid manipulation!
There a so many people with the same idea it's crazy sometimes
I think the quirk sounds cool and I'd like to see an Oc for it!

For me, I just have a natural affinity towards water [I have a Sea Dragon Slayer as a Fairy Tail OC and my first Bleach OC had a Zanpakuto that involved water]. And, I forgot to add it in the quirk description, but the "draw back" from overuse is quick and potentially severe dehydration [as her body could start to pull water out of the skin/blood/fat/etc.]

No problem! I've taken a note from various manga artists who put thought into the meanings of names for their characters, BNHA being a prime example.
My main BNHA OC's name, Naomi, is written with the Kanji for "Precious Ocean," and their nickname of "Nao" is a unisex name, playing to their genderfluid identity. Their hero name is also "Rip Tide," a strong, natural force in the water.
My main Fairy Tail OC, Dylan Waller, has a name that, in full, means "Lady/Mistress of the Sea," noting the magic they use, which is Sea Dragon Slayer magic.
Nikolette Harmest, another Fairy Tail OC of mine, has a name that, with the middle name of Ann, loosely means "Victory of the merciful and graceful People," playing to the magic she uses, which is Heroic Spirit magic.
Other name examples I have or currently use:
Kaito: Free Sound [BNHA, Quirk Sonic Boom] Hero name: Banshee, a wailing spirit
Hamako: Beach Child [BNHA, Quirk Hydrokinesis]
Minako: Beautiful child [BNHA, Quirk Jaguar, a beautiful cat]
Alesia: A siege battle [Bleach, Arrancar who bides their time for best success]
Aspen: A type of tree [Thundercats, Aspen is a jaguar, a species known for living in forests]
Asger: Spear of God [FATE OC Weapon; lance/spear]
Osmond: Divine Protection [FATE OC "Weapon"; shield]
Sakuya: Kanji for "Bloom" and "Start" are used [Dororo, friends with Hyakkimaru from the "start" and grows in strength and beauty]
