Description
So here is Hisui's sister Inoue Miwa. I thought I just go ahead and make a reference sheet for her as well before I go back to making a few fake screenshots again.
Here are some brief background informations about her:

Charakter:

In contrast to her sister, Miwa is a very outgoing and smiley person. She's always seen in a good mood and seems motivated to bring that same mood to everyone surrounding her. She loves to joke around with people and therefore laughs a lot. Miwa knows her strength, so she is also very confident and has no problem standing in the spotlight. She rather enjoys it, but not to the point that she would be considered cocky. Her always good mood makes her pretty popular with all her classmates, even with the more quiet or grumpy ones, since she doesn't force her mood onto anyone. While is seems like Miwa has no problems at all and she is living her best live, of course that's not completely the case as she does struggle with a lot of things, most of all the situation with her family. It does hurt her, that her sister thinks lower of her and avoids her, just because she has less issue with doing her aunts bidding. Miwa hides her emotions behind a mask most of the time, and has a hard time opening up to anyone fully, as she was raised to always be that perfect girl. Still, she has a good time mostly, as she tries to focus only on the good things in her live and be thankful for them.

Family and History:

As she lives with her aunt and sister, she always has people that she can come home too. Still, the relationship with her family members is complicated. While her aunt is mostly using her and her sister as her money makers, her sister is judging her lack of suspicion. Miwa's twin started avoiding her a few years after they moved in with their aunt, as she can't believe that Miwa would let herself being used like that and more than that, seems to enjoy the attention brought to her, even if it is only out of a beneficial reason for their aunt. What her sister doesn't know is that, even though Miwa really has less an issue with their situation and their aunt than Hisui, she only works so much and obliges to their aunts wishes so that Hisui can have more freedom. Miwa knows how much her sister despises the place they are in and so she is only trying to protect her, even if it goes unnoticed. Even though Hisui tries to avoid Miwa as much as possible and often seems to be annoyed by her sisters attempts to approach her, Miwa still can't leave her twin alone, as she is her only stronghold in this world. She hopes that now that they are both in the heroes course, Hisui can finally open up to people and find her happiness. She herself, on the other hand, will try and stay strong for both of them, as she always has.

Quirk/ Hero Costume/ Hero Name:

Miwa's quirk allows her to create Diamond from any body part she wishes. She can also manipulate the form and state of the Diamond. Most of the time she uses her quirk to form weapons or Shields to fight. She likes to create spears, swords and blades that are attached to either her legs or forearms. But like her sister, she can also use her quirk in more of a raw form that would look a lot like Todoroki's ice quirk. Her Hero Costume is pretty fancy which was a request of her aunt, since she wants Miwa to stand out of the crowd. The slits in her boots were her own demand, so she could use her quirk to create blades at her legs and so that no costume part would be in the way for her to do so. Her Hero Name was also a request by her aunt, because 'Lady Dia' has a familiar ring to a lot of people and therefore would stay in the minds of people more easily. Since Miwa doesn't care about her hero name as much as actually being able to help people, she gave into this request too.
