Well I was meaning to do a picture tutorial for a while, and then I saw that had made a photoscape tutorial. I decided actually to get off my butt, and make a tutorial for all the sexy people (X3) with photoshop.

Anyway, I hope this makes sense. If you want me to go into more detail then I'll be glad to do so, also if you want an in depth tutorial on how I do specific effect then I'll make one, just let me know what you want.
