I created this because I needed this technique, but because of deviantART's STUPID search capabilities now, I couldn't find the original one. I can't find the artist that I originally saw make a tutorial for it, but I thought I'd do the world a service. That's even if anyone is trying to do this in their art anymore or uses GIMP. I feel like I'm out of touch with the digital art world just doing my own thing.I'll try to answer what questions I can when I can.
The love of my life is distracting me, so that's why I haven't been around. Secondarily, graduate school and trying to stay healthy as well. I'm alive, if you were wondering.
