Description
After seeing a 16-bit sprite of *Kin-the-Fox 's character in her gallery, I thought her character would be simple enough to sprite in 32-bit style. So, after getting permission from her, I edited a sheet of Tails Advance sprites ripped by ~dansidney by changing Tails' color and adding Kin's outfit. I picked a few poses from the sheet that I thought she might find useful, should she decide to use these sprites somewhere.I plan to notify Kin about this shortly after uploading this. I hope she likes it. *crosses fingers*

I made this quite a while ago.Β I barely knew the recipient when I made these sprites, and now I don't remember her at all.
If you don't like the character, I advise you to post a comment on the owner's page to that effect.Β There's a possibility that she's changed the character's appearance since the time I made this sheet, or perhaps has abandoned the character altogether.

Interestingly, I don't even remember the individual that was the recipient of this gift.Β It was a one-time thing and I didn't even know her all that well to begin with.

I made this quite a while ago. I don't even talk to the person anymore.

I'm not a pixel artist either. And that's why this doesn't look very good. If I was to go back and remake this I'd definitely add more shading to the outfit.

I didn't make the base sprites. I started out with Tails sprites and re-colored them to look like Kin the Fox.

Is it ok if I can leave some advice without getting thrashed?

Go ahead. Remember, I'm not that good of a spriter. The only reason I took on the task is because it was simple to do.

I understand that. My only advice is that while this is a rather thoughtful gift, I do suggest adding some shading to the clothes, and to try(if possible) to edit the Tails sprite so it looks more like a girl fox. If you'd like, I can try and teach you how to do so. If you got Yahoo, MSN, or Skype, I'd be glad to help

I have all three of those, and I believe my contact information is listed on my profile. However, I don't have time this weekend to make any changes to these sprites even if I knew what to fix.
I did not add shading to the clothes because these are Advance-style sprites. I didn't shade my Advance-style STP sprites' clothing either. But I did shade the Genesis-style sprites, and had I been working on Genesis-style sprites of this character, I would've shaded. But Kin already has a Genesis-style sprite of her character in her gallery.

understandable, however flat colored clothing on an Advance style sprite looks bland and dull, no offense. An example I can show would be a recent sprite I made as a gift, shown here [link]
The smaller sprite is what I actually worked with. I simply enlarged it so the detail can be seen. But this is what I'm talking about when it comes to shading an Advance Style sprite's clothing. I'll add you to all 3 then, so we can talk more in private about this.

Glad to hear that. Do you think you'll be able to use these anywhere, like in a comic?
