For Gold Stars, I can see where you are coming from, but I liked the moments with Tree Trunks and Mr. Pig. Also, I loved the Loch in this. It was just a very interesting episode to me. Also, it kind of reminds me of Disney's Pinocchio.

Honestly, my problem isn't that I don't like Adventure Time. I really, really like this show, and I think it's very good, but I'm not seeing the monumental brony-sized fandom for it. Also, it often feels like this show has just been spinning its wheels for too long and, I might be in the minority here, but I'm honestly a little sick of how many episodes focus almost entirely on supporting characters and Finn and Jake are either cameos at best or just absent altogether (this applies to Phineas and Ferb too). Granted, most of the episodes range from weird to boring, even with Finn and Jake (the Fionna and Cake episodes being the obvious exception), and it just makes me wish that they'd get to a point. Hell, the stuff with Prismo's body was interesting, the stuff with the Lich was pretty cool, anything involving the Ice King's past is always in the top 10, same goes for episodes with Marceline, so why not have more of that? I'm not asking for entire SEASONS of it or anything, just a little more to break up the monotony.

the reason why they focus on side charecters now is because finn and jake changed so much they can't really fit inot some of those roles and for plot to me i don't there really a big epic back story i think there making it up as they go along which i find amazing tere so many times that story just are the same over and overΒ
