Breezy had an interesting story, a good song, and an interesting character in Breezy, but it also had Finn treating women as objects and LPS at the end.
Princess Day had a fun relationship between Marceline and LPS and a few funny moments, but it also had some mean-spirited moments and a confusing moral.

no like i think i agree with all your choices on what is amazing on what wasn't although i haven't watched all of the recent episodes (only got back into it with the episode evergreen which i liked a fair bit) i would like to discuss about the episodes a little further.

I loved The Cooler because it's a Flame Princess episode where she stands out and without Finn to hog the screentime to be a dumb-ass plus after a LONG time I find myself liking PB, at first when it is revealed that she was the one behind the disaster I pointed a middle finger at her but then this episode gives a better understanding of why she does this and at the end we see some development when she cuts off her spy cameras
And Pajama wars was insanely fun (My Favourite of the season) With SO MANY episodes lately that try WAY TOO hard to be 'metaphorical' and have 'deeper meaning' and just end up being pretentious and sucking out all the fun out of the show it was a Miracle to finally get an episode this carefree and fun. I love seeing Finn and PB just hanging out was a pressure to watch, and it was hilarious seeing the candy people going into war with each other while Jake, knowing that Finn and PB are really alright just enjoys chaos

I actually like a lot of the deeper episodes. They aren't as fun as some of the older episodes, but they still are interesting to me.

I respectfully disagree. I feel this show is trying WAY too hard to be deeper and just ends up being painfully pretentious and there's nothing to enjoy since it's not fun anymore
while I get where you're coming from, and if you like it good for you 
(Besides I remember a time when it was genuinely emotional WHILE also still being fun *seasons 3 & 4*)

to be honest i feel that they tryed to hard in the past with episodes like it came from the nightosphere and this feels a lot more subtle but i can understand where it can feel overwhelming try to give this next season a chance they said it would have a lot more comedy i'm not asking you like the show again i'm just asking you to give this next season a chance and if you don't then fine

I agree that seasons 3 and 4 were the best seasons, but I think the show is still very insightful and thought provoking and this show hardly ever bores me.

To me, Adventure Time is getting more and more boring, season after season.

I guess it isn't as good as it used to be, but I still enjoy the show.

The first and the second season were great. The 3rd season was ok. The 4th season was ok as well but after the 4th season I lost interest in the show. This season was so boring to me, it's like, even the creators want to end this show already, but Cartoon Network would never cancel this show since this show saved their butts after the CN Real disaster.

They started to focus more on the background characters which was boring to me. Also, they don't have the rights to end the show. If Cartoon Network wants to end it, then it will end, but if they don't, then the series will continue.
