Good overall grade. The opening is insuferable but overall there's some laughs to be had. Character design is fun and varied and animation isn't bad for what little budget it has.
I was surprised to see the kids actually progress as warriors as it goes on, even in the first season. I wonder if Mem and Zem will actually leave the show at some point or if they migh take season finales in a a slightly more dramatic direction with like full half hour plots?

I don't particularly hate Johnny Test, certainly not to the level a lot of people do. It's got a clear formula with lots of kid appeal (it's basically 'Kids power fantasy: the series' ) and I understand how it managed so much staying power. It's just not something I would base a network's entire schedule around though...
Ya know checking Scott Fellow's track record on Wikipedia I was surprised to see he's a writer. Considering the crisp character design in both Supernoobs and Johnny Test I thought he was an artist by trade. I need to check the credit to see who did the character design on Supernoobs. It's gotΒ sort of newspaper strip feel to it.

This isn't a bad show, but I would've killed to see Twelve Power made into a full series; don't know why they didn't, but I'd have to guess that it was either a money issue (either the episodes were too expensive to produce) or they couldn't find any schedule space for it. Just a theory.

Oh, that's good. I just REALLY wish Twelve Forever was a series already, it fits so perfectly with their already awesome lineup (with their obvious glaring exception).
