I was about to comment about the inaccuracy of your "Lawful Evil" iconic designation (seriously...you're gonna go with that?), but I noticed you already said this was pre-Season 2. But, even without Discord's existence, that quote and your reasoning is too chaotic for LE. Nightmare Moon was LE though. Moreover, if you needed villains so badly you had to dredge up retarded fanon (not calling you retarded here, just calling those who seriously believe the Trollestia crap is canon retarded ) you could've used Molestia for your CE shot. I distinctly remember at least one sourcebook strongly implying (they wouldn't actually so much as say the word because they knew how touchy the subject was, but the writers were definitely thinking it very loudly) that rape is a Chaotic Evil act.
Honestly, though, I'm probably just saying that because I prefer Molestia to Trollestia. I mean, at least ponies don't seriously think Molestia is canon, but sometimes I see ponies who seem to strongly believe Trollestia is an accurate characterization and I'm personally sick of it. Don't get me wrong, though, I'm still waiting for a version of Celestia who's a nympho who actually respects the rights of her partners (kinda like human Luna, actually. Well, she's mostly like that anyway...I seem to remember her trying to bed Big Mac, when he made it clear he was not fucking interested...)!
Other than that, though, I tend to agree with your choices (at the very least, I was glad to see Pinkie Pie's placement at CG), but the Evil row has to be completely overhauled (especially since you now have not only Discord for CE but even Queen Chrysalis for NE (she's a queen of bug-things, which hints lawful, but she uses a rather liberal amount of deception for her modus operandi, which hints chaotic. So, overall she's NE))

i like this but why is celestia lawfull evil? I would think that Nightmare Moon would be lawfull evil and discord chaotic evil. All celestia does is make you over fill her tea cup hardly evil LOL! but i love this it is awesome!!

Celestia ain't a tyrant. And Discord, yes, he is evil. He doesn't care about who he hurts and he actively makes ponies suffer because it's funny, and you can't argue Blue and Orange morality because it's blatantly obvious he realizes how much he hurts them. So yeah, he's Chaotic Evil.

I really don't really see Celestia as a tyrant. She is all ways fun loving and kind in the show. pure evil, i would say, is chrysalis. I guess you could make discord just chaos but he has an evil streak to him i would say.

There's a difference. Humans and other animals eat living creatures to SURVIVE. There's nothing evil about that. However, Chrysalis feeds on love to gain power. When you make others suffer to become more powerful or get what you want, that is evil.

O.k she may not be "pure" evil (i would have to say she is my almost my favorite character and best villain in the show so far), but you can't say she is not evil. I mean that's the fun of the character she is evil. You could also argue that Nightmare Moon was not evil and all she wanted was to share her gorgeous nighttime with every pony and not be shunned and slept through. I am not saying they are bad characters they are just villains, every villain has their own motives and desires it's what makes a good villain so cool and likeable but that does not make them "good guys". Most of my favorite characters are villains because they are well written and just so evil

Well, a more detailed description...Lawful Evil can be one of two things. It can be a manipulative villain, or it can be an extremist. I can't say that there's any true example of either type within MLP, but the difference is that the first type usually only plays within the rules because that's how they see the best way of going about being evil, and the latter is going to heavy measures to preserve order. I guess in short, it's either Evil so forth that those maintaining Order do not notice them, or one maintaining(or seeking to maintain) Order through evil means. The prior is more common.

I personally cannot see Princess Celestia as Evil anything. In my opinion, Nightmare Moon would be Lawful Evil, and then Discord would be Chaotic Evil. Other than that, this is awesome.
