This is still canon to my AU, however it's also not???
So Celestia and Discord do still get married and have their three little love bundles: Venus, Ares and Vesta.
However in a parallel universe Discord is not the only Draconequus.

After being told to reform Discord, the girls fail. With the help of Luna and Celestia they try to turn him back into stone, however this time Discord is prepared. He reflects the spell turning both Alicorns into stone instead. The rest of the girls he forces into slavery. Using Twilight's magic as well as that from other unicorns he resurrects/creates more Draconequus.

Years go by and a resistance is formed. Twilight manages to get in contact with Shining Armor who married Cadence in secret. He tells her about a plan and they both head to the castle of their stone Princesses. Princess Cadence tries and stop him, nearly succeeding, but is killed by a female Draconequus called Chaos. Discord acknowledges her loyalty and makes her his Goddess/Queen of Disharmony.
Later on they have a son called Loki.

Fluttershy is one of the few ponies spared from death, as her ideas of friendship and kindness intrigued Discord. He kept her around for a while after Loki had been kidnapped. Fluttershy had the job of killing him, but couldn't bring herself to do it and instead brought him to safe place. Discord thanked her and "rewarded" her by keeping her in the castle as Loki's foal sitter.

Years later when Loki was older (somewhere between a child and a teen) it was clear Discord had gone power crazy and bitter. Being brought up mostly by Fluttershy, Loki had learned all about kindness and was a rather gentle child. The two were close and she was like a surrogate mother to him. Because of their relationship he would help ponies and small creatures escape his father's madness whenever he could. Discord caught on and in a fit of rage at his son's betrayal, killed fluttershy. Out of fear Loki runs away and finds himself in another dimension where Discord is reformed with other children.

At first no one knows what to make of him. When he sees Fluttershy he is relieved and asks to stay with her. The girls all agree that it would be okay. He opens up to Fluttershy and she tells him that Discord is different here. She encourages him to bond with him. Loki struggles to do so and instead argues with Discord - resulting in him telling him about his tyranny. Discord has mixed feelings, but continues to try and have a relationship with his son.

Loki forms a small bond with his half-siblings. He's closest to Fluttershy and Orchid Wing (developing a tiny crush on the latter as they grow older). When he comes to their universe Orchid is only a foal and grows up with him until he parts ways with them. Loki lives in Fluttershy's sanctuary and later becomes friends with Zecora and her family.
