The first thing that catches my eye in this drawing is the face of the character. I think you truly managed to capture the temper of the character and transmit his mood to the viewer. Along with his body language the message is clear- he's not pleased with something and I kind of get the feeling that he's trying to say something among the lines "I don't care/ I don't want anything to do with this/ Stay away". The chosen pose also adds focus on his muscles and it's like he's showing off his strenght, so that enhanches his image as a dangerous guy who's better not to mess with. You got a great grasp on the character's emotion with this drawing.Β
The shading is also well done. For what I can say, all shadows and lights are just where they should be and I especially like that you added that tiny blue highlight line from a secondary lightsource. It makes a good contrast with the darkest parts of the shadows and that adds a bit more variation to the image andΒ makes the character stand out more. The overall shading is pretty detailed and you did amazing on the folds on clothes, as well as on the skin and hair. Seems like you're quite skilled at shading!
The part that may need a bit improvement though, is the body anatomy. As this appears to be a cartoon/anime character of course there's a high level of artistic freedom available, but his right arm appears smaller and tinier than the left. It would look better if you made the arms, hands and fingers the same size. I know that can be difficult to achieve, especially hands and fingers tend to be troublesome and difficult to draw, but it's just a hint that you might want to pay more attention to in future.
The muscle on his right upper-arm seems a bit weird as well. Those two horizontal lines don't go along with the actual structure of muscles, but I guess that's just another anatomy thing that needs a bit practice.
I also somehow get the feeling that the shoes should look a bit more elongated...
The background is kept simple, but that just makes the character the center of attention, which he probably should be. 
The spiky looking edges in the background give off the idea of sharpness and just enforce his image as a guy that might use force if needed
All in all, the drawing came out pretty cool and the effort you put into it payed off.

Thank you for the compliment on the shading, I've been trying out the new method of secondary light source and the lines going through shades all over so I am glad it is well received 
I didn't think of the edges in the background to compliment the char---- I mean yes I totally planned that! Thank you for noticing the minute details of the piece!
