okies here a faical tutorial I did for Rae-Rae22 I think I need to check with my sis again for the name
I'm making two other tutorials which are how to add skirt physics and how to take parts from a game model to another game model

Do you know if there's anyway to do facials on dx versions on pmxe? When I try I get direct 3d error. If it helps I'm running it with swift shader dll.

some pmx editors dont work with faicals i had to look for ages trying to find one that would work when i upgraded to PMX the one i use is PMX ver 0.2.1.9

I know certain PMX editors dont work with Facials that may be one of them i hae a newish one i have 0.2.1.9 its only though in japanese but it works with facials

are you trying to use a facial or are you trying to create your own as certain PMD/PMX editors dont work with adding facials

Just a question, can I base this photo to fix some facial errors?
I kinda make my own model and somewhat some of the facials got deleted and well, when I uploaded a motion data with facials on it, it somehow automatically makes the famous "derp" face.
If I can't base this, mind if I ask you the honor and favor of making me and not just me, those who are in need to a tutorial on how to fix facials?

problem it wont work when i highlight the lips it wont open what am i doing wrong

is the mouth able to open in the actual model? if so then you have to go closly to the mouth and slowly move the polygens up or down depending in which lip it belongs to

Is it possible that because it's a pmx and not a pmd that that is the reason why the mouth will not open?

theres certain pmx editors that dont work with faicals :/ I noticed this when i first went to pmx from pmd but pmx 2.00 should work with facials as thats the one i use

Ahh. Well that also explains but I also don't think yeul's mouth opens at all so i decided to Export her with her mouth slightly open instead.

well i try a different model i got a Tifa model from KH2 and her mouth does not open

I have one more question. I added a mouth facial and you can use it by the sliders in MMD but when you play a motion data they don't open their mouth, am I doing something wrong?

hmm did you put the japanesse name in ... as you need to do that before there mouth will open in the second last picture it shows you where the name goes in pmd editor above 'name' also in the description has all the jap names of each faical you just need to find the mouth faicals hehe

I got it. For some reason it wouldn't do it with PMD still open. But it works now. ^^ Thanks though.
