Description Finalist Entry in KAFI

Okay...it's finished!!This is a short animation about a unicorn named Hans and his first encounter with a dragon named Kacheera.
A mix of rotoscope and hand animations.

My favorite part is the fairy. Yay fairies! The rotoscope parts look very good. Maybe I'm dumb... but I don't really get what happened at the end. They just beat his ass? Hmmmm.....

Meeeeeeeeeep! I love it! That's so totally awesome! The smoothness of the animation is just simply amazing! I love the horse trotting, you're very good at that! That would've taken me over 5 years to do! Awesome job!

The trotting horse was traced. It's a method of animation called Rotoscope. You take a video clip and trace over it. That's why it looks so smooth. I did the same thing with the jumping dragon, but used a clip of a kitten chasing string instead. It's a fun method no?
