Description uhm well its nothing else than colours really... its the side of a CD

shot with reverse canon EF-S 18-55mm lens and extension tubes.

Sehr coole Farben... wie kriegt man denn ein canon 18-55 falschrum draufmontiert? und wie bekommt man ne blende 1.8 damit hin? ^^

fΓΌr die Montage gibts extra solche Umkehrringe. Gibts auch ziemlich billig bei ebay.
Die Umkehrringe schraubt man zum einen auf den Body der Kamera und zum anderen an das Filtergewinde des Objektivs
die Blende ist allerdings ein Anzeigefehler mit dem Umkehrring bestehen auch keine kontakte mehr zwischen Kamera und Objektiv, die Blende lΓ€sst sich dabei also auch gar nicht mehr einstellen.

I'm glad you like it I just didnt like to go out today as it rained so much today, but I wanted to do some photography.. and then I thought I could try to get some shots done of CDs

Man! That's it! I mean, it's OK going out and try new things is the fun but staying home sometimes is apart of fun too a great challenge, not only for macro (had you tried wicked things like metal strainers or spoons???) but for insane things as trying 360 degrees panoramics of the rooms and all that

well I've never tried any panorama shots,
but I agree, I find it a much bigger challenge to shot at home the problem is everything at home seems familiar to you, so you dont think they'll give an interesting photo. So you always have to think and look at the objects in a different way
oh and no, again, I havent really tried shoting a lot of metal obejects at all.
