That comes up in the next page or so.

In context to the show the only one shown with the ability to 'wink' is Twilight, though it does stand to reason that Celestia and the other princesses can do it. The only thing is we havn't been shown how far they can actually teleport, Twilight only seems to do it over a few feet. If they can do it then we havn't been told so I did what I thought was cannon.

Actually, Twilight has shown that she can teleport several km. Cant remember the specific scene though. And yeah, I think the princesses would be able to do so as well.

Ah! I remember! It was in Dragon Quest, when they are being chased around the forests of the Badlands by the teen dragons. Twilight teleports herself, Spike, Rarity and Rainbow Dash all the way back to the edge of Ponyville. And as we can see on the map www.deviantart.com/art/HD-Map-… that is quite the distance.

I just re-watched the scene and although the enviroment does seem similar to Everfree there are no distinguishing features outside of general forest. It's different from the enviroment they were in for sure, it would have at least been quite the distance Twi teleported but, again, I did what I could with the material I had.

Well to me it looked like they teleported to the entrance of the Everfree forest, but I guess it's up to anyone to imagine how far they went.

Well I would think flying in such a storm would be dangerous, just look at the air ship, so teleporting from one place to another would've been safer, wouldnt it?
