My entrie for 'The Royalty Contest'In before winter is coming references. The theme was on Hearth's Warming Eve and royalty, so I went for a sort of alt-time line thing with the main 6 not as the characters they played but as themselves, just, different. Anyways its my first contest entry in ages so hooves crossed.
Man this killed my wrists but it only took 2 days so, yay, just in time for season 3. IM SO EXCITED!!!

She's actually based on Kefka but the Joker is a similar character, both thematically and aesthetically.

Wow this is amazing, the details and designs are amazing. I really like it when an artist can completely redesign the characters and not to mention in only traditional style?
Bwah, I just can't get over the little details, the breath, the snow falling from Big Mac's hoof to how intricate Rarity and Fluttershy are.

I find it incredibly impressive that RD is flying in a suit of armor, that stuff isn't light, last I checked >.> ... assuming all things equal to our world XD

That's amazing! Very detailed and medieval. 
But I have to tell you (i just read the rules), you didn't use the black sillhouette which should be on the picture! Fix it, or you'll be quoit of the contest! 0.0 (I'm no admin)

I have to say the art style seems unique among the typical MLP FIM fan art. It immediately grabbed my attention and the amount of detail had me looking at it for a good while. Fantastic job.
