The Puppets resident arsonist. Now unlike most of the puppets in Littlest Reich, I'll admit Torch's design isn't half bad, hell, I liked the glowing mouth as well as his eyes, BUT I still remain baffled by the fact that they had to change his name to "Keiser" Why?
