Transforming him into a zombified berserker.

Before I read the description, I was thinking it was a battle worn Prime who just finally got pissed the hell off and decapitated Megatron with his bare hands, while his armor and what makes him more than a protoform has just been whittled away.
But the zombie berserker idea works just as well, and it's an excellent and captivating piece either way.
