My God, Optimus' visage in this is bloody creepy! ... And I LOVE it! This is an amazingly morbid, and unique take on the proud Autobot leader, that's for sure. I spy many Evangelion like qualities in this, which is another plus! EVA-1516?

hehe thanks. He's based on a generation 1 design and the live action movie version crossed with an Evangelion berserk personality.
The story behind it was basically Optimus acquired a corrupted Matrix and so it corrupted him.
I dont think I will do more of Transformers like this as this is for a competition. Was fun making it
