there's too much green in this painting.
and yes the eyes are purposely deformed and darkened this time; I see the notepad representing a person who is disillusioned and forces their own views upon others, but is pretty ignorant on the fact. There are so many who cannot distinguish their own opinion from true fact. Therefore, their visions are tainted and distorted, just like this characters'.

This is absolutely amazing! The anatomy is perfect and I like the design you gave this version of the character. There's only really one big issue with it, you used quite a lot of green. The colour green is nOT CREATIVE! !

So, I actually know who your character is this time around, but that makes me happy. Β
I like the use of multiple colors, and the fact that there is noticeable green in the picture just makes it more interesting to me. I also thought it was interesting you decided to do slightly βoffβ eyes, but that in no way distracts me. In fact, I didnβt notice until you mentioned itβI sort of assumed he was tilting his head back or something. Β
The way you did his hair here is really quite interesting. Reminds me of the Beatles and those random cartoons of theirs I watched once. The lips are also full and beautiful, but the way theyβre pulled down is seriously βohhhhhh, I can see that,β and makes me think heβs probably not a nice person. Probably plotting how to hurt people. Randomly, I also like his ears.
The notebook style sweater and the rainbow-colorful drips! I love these.Β Β That is really unusual for you, but I adore it! Itβs different and and very visually appealing.
