Description
A dropped cutaway gag from Turbo Katie that I cleaned up a little so I could use it for colouring practice later. A lot of the cutaways in Turbo Katie get dropped because they're basically the same gag over and over again: someone says something about how the main character's secret identity is unremarkable and then there's a cutaway to her as a superhero surfing a monkey on a jet-pack through oncoming traffic or something equally awesome. In this case, it's just a run-in with Tyranny, who's basically Doctor Doom if Doctor Doom was a Nazi dinosaur who speaks exclusively in dialogue taken from Ultimate Warrior promos - although another reason this was dropped was because I was convinced he should speak in German all the time and everyone around him would still understand him, but I couldn't be arsed getting the German grammar correct and just ran Warrior's slightly insane opinions about liberals and gays* through Babelfish, which means it's more or less guaranteed to be gibberish to German speakers.
