Yes. Exp is always a good thing. Unless you're playing a KH game with Zero Exp on and try to make it all the way through like a baus with countless deaths on the way.

I don't know, but if there's videos that prove you have no soul and are meant to play KH so many times you know exactly what timing and what encounters and abilities are for the time, then somehow, it is possible.
That, or just run past every enemy except for 'must-complete's and bosses.
Granted, I learned the hard way with Birth by Sleep's death by Unversed bunnies. Again. And again. Got good at guarding though XD But there are those abilities you just get after finishing world or going through an event ie Glide, High Jump, etc etc.

haha yea its crazy to think how much time you'd need to just slave away at that game to figure out how to do all that

And don't even get started on the people who can speed run KH1 under 5 hours.

good question. some boss fights are an army of normal enemies that give you exp anyway.
