Anyone remember the Hercules cartoon? I sure do! It was a show based off the 1997 Disney film, but made to more closely follow Greek mythology. I actually dug this show quite a bit growing up and found that it had a fair bit of entertaining episodes. I don't just mean the episode where they crossover with Aladdin, I'm talking about several episodes that were just fun. Case and point: The above screencap from the episode "Hercules and The Calydonian Boar". In said episode, Hercules is brought on a hunting trip with Phil and a bunch of other characters as they look to skewer boars.

Unfortunately, they run afoul of the goddess Artemis, who ends up transforming Phil into a boar. Sadly, this does not happen until near the end of the episode. By the time Phil is transformed, there's only about 5-6 minutes left in the episode itself. Don't get me wrong, the transformation itself is pretty good. It's short and fast, but has a fair bit of detail to it. It's just annoying that the episode doesn't spend a lot of time on showing Phil dealing with his new form. I actually dug Phil's boar form, as it looked like a fusion of him and Pumbaa from the Lion King.

Phil gets changed back by the end of the episode, of course. Would've been hilarious if he stayed a boar and was forced to train Hercules without being able to talk. But anywho, I thought I'd share this episode since I'm working on a Philoctetes/Phil TF. Who knows? If people enjoy it, I may do a sequel where I become Phil's boar form as well. XD
