This is what people call "texture nightmare." The kind of drawing that leaves your hand aching for hours on end. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun with this!

The subject is a Rifter, from the seminal Palladium series of publications known as RIFTS, stepping through a rift--a portal through space and time. This was my first RPG system I had played in, and to this day I still contend that its better than D&D, if only due to the sheer ability to make anything you want, and it STILL won't be half as strange as the crazy shit the company itself has made up. As a friend said, its like a detailed sandbox.

0.05mm mechanical pencil, standard paper, inked with 0.01 and 0.02pt Micron pens.
