Does it though? Last time i checked Venom was a spiderman villain, and a lot about his character was deeply tied to Spiderman. A Venom movie without spiderman is... a weird choice. I dont mean to sound pessimistic, i am definitely looking forward to it, with a bit of caution. XP

You know Eddie from the Spiderman comics? he is one of Venoms host. :3 don't worry, because in the comics Eddie is replaced as a host after Spiderman. At least from the comics I've read about Eddie and Venom.

Yeah, i know. ^_^ But i also know that eddie only became venom because both him and the symbiote held a grudge against spiderman. Thats his whole deal isnt this?
