Works in Firefox 3, Opera 9, Apple Safari 4, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8 with minimal loss of rounded corners/hover effects. Can be used with no HTML (though in order to get the spiral notebook spine you must use it). Sidebar, titles, and thumb effects.HTML:
You must use none or both the content and the sidebar. All HTML goes in the Content: section. Titles are completely optional.

You just need to use:
Just put that in the content section of the journal and change the caps lock words to your journal entry.

I'm also using the title as well but it's not coming out as clean as the one in your preview (The title section keeps on cutting in the sidebar and as such, it looks like the spirals are being cut off).

Okay, your problem is that the titles need to be inside the content, like this:
Everything in the main journal entry goes inside the content.
