Here is the 71st page of my Explorer's Notebook for the Animal of the Month Event at : the Proboscis Monkey!

This truly cool-looking monkey got its name from its nose which I'm sure isn't a surprise They live on the island of Borneo, in flexible groups that often meet on common sleeping grounds to socialize, spend the night in a bigger protective group, then each group goes its own way in the morning... They eat mostly fruit and leaves, sometimes seeds and insects. They have a very elaborate language and are very social. As you can see, I drew a female (left) and a male (right), because I thought it would be more interesting, since they are really different from each other... when I was drawing them, I was thinking how human-like their noses make them look I had a great-uncle who had the same nose as this one
