Actually, it isn't about where it is, as to how it is colored.
Where can I find the coloring used for your white images?

It's a single layer. I did try to get more detail in that glowy area but I decided I liked the contrast of the detailed area the glowy area. I have got about 20 of these that I quite like but I think I will just post a couple more.
