Description
This is a composite of two photos taken of my main living room window. The liquids and bird debris have been hurled down by the tenants living in the upstairs unit - they throw it from their balcony above and to the right of these windows. This activity along with other offensive behavior on their part has been going on for several years. My pleas to the landlord, oral and written, for more than 1 1/2 years, have produced next to no change in the behavior of the people in the unit above me.
