Could still change a bit, so updates may occur.
I'm really happy with the upper body, for my first time full finishing a Piccolo especially. The pants and belt may need some work, but I'll talk to the commissioner first.
Colour palette coming soon.
DeviantART makes it look kinda blurry at different resolutions, so if you wanna see it at it's best, try downloading it.
I don't have much else to say, but enjoy.

I agree with you on the part about Piccolo's pants being a pain to draw or color. I recently colored a manga page with Piccolo on it and it wasn't easy. lol

Nice Piccolo Jr. (cape and turban off), but you got some errors on him. Look at this link. It shows that the hole where his head goes through part of his shirt design and the bottom part of his bare legs look will always look like throughout the "Dragon Ball" series, including the mangas and video games forever.

I'm sure you can fix that. Also let him have those black triangular shaded parts on the side of his eyes.
P.S. Don't call him that fake name. It's Piccolo Jr. That's his correct, real, and right name. It will always be Piccolo Jr. forever, okay buddy. Have the artwork titled Piccolo Jr. (cape and turban off). ^^

It's just a lot easier to call him Piccolo lol.
Remember that Akira's style changed a lot over the course of the manga, and so did everyone's design
