A few minutes of messing around on a random pikachu sketch, having a bad drawing day so I went simple.Pen + Photoshop + SAI

It's Pikachu! This is an amazing piece featuring one of my all-time favorite Pokemon. Also, I feel like his pose here is reminiscent of his pose on the box art of Pokemon Yellow.

A brush with 75% hardness and a blue outer glow, nice and simple but it works well
