OH GOD, I just rediscovered this image and it hit me, a group of acceptable mutants from the forge world Mechanicsworld in the Genusi system, whether they are natural mutants or the result of a techpriest experiment gone wrong these "Jaggarmonsters" are widely believed to be one of the most dangerous and potentially useful forms of human int he galaxy.
Unfortunately this world has been plagued by warp storms throughout the millennia only rejoining the imperium for short periods of time throughout the last 10,000 years. The result is that although on record it can be many lifetimes before a single example of this human offshoot can ever be found in the wider imperium.

remember in the grim darkness of the far future, the size of your hat determines how important you are. If your hat appears to be larger than those around you, you may be an important person.

Who need to ask for transportion or support fire,when your hat can do all of those for you. lol

you could probably make it if you take a officers hat, for the bill and the core of the hat. then take a large fedora or sombrero and cut a triangle out of the front. then pull the cut sides together to give you the front. then cut out the part of the fedora or sombrero that goes on your head, and attach it to the officers hat. after that you could take a large felt patch(they sell them at walmart it think) and cover the outside of it in the felt, it has one side felt the otherside is sticky.
for the flamethrowers they sell little batery powered ones for the end of a guttar. they use a bic liter and like a AA batery. you can set them to continus burn, pulse, or if you buy the expensive kind remote control.
the speakers wouldn't be to difficult just buy some of thoughs portable speakers for an ipod.
same with the figure head, just go out buy a suitably pimp figure and attach away.
the sign on the front could be done in LEDs.
don't know about the bolters
then when you have everything in, just cover the top in more felt and vola you have your very own hat that the jaggers would respect the commissars would envy and the orks would waaagh for!
it would probably weigh in at about 3 pounds or so. but whats a little neck damage for such a sweet hat.
now if you'll excuse me ill be going an buying the items necessary
