Yes.
It's not like she could do it professionally, and she usually takes power over beauty of song, but she did take singing lessons for several years while on Hetrodyne, as she felt that heroic music in battle could be an excellent form of morale generation and might work better than her previous approach.
In game terms it's basically that she has the perfom (sing) skill, but doesn't get a +10 for it.

This made me look up the Anvil Chorus. And say what you want about Raege's mental well-being, but at least you can't fault her taste in music.
Does make me wonder if the Ragged Edges couldn't get some sort of chorus/marching band going, if they don't already have that. It would probably the most horrifying and deadly thing since 'Krieger Idol' was cancelled, but hey, yay for more music, right?

Raege is oddly cultured in some ways.
A band probably doesnt really suit the edges that well. They seem to be largely involved in black ops and clean ups.
