Ah, I see now. They're just flavor for the Imperial World Homeworld. Damn. I thought that they were extra options like Forge World Homeworld or the Adepta Sororitas Career from Inquisitor's Handbook.

It is a great chance for me to actually get better (long overdue) as the story set by out GM (the motherfuckin' Doomrider) is quite challenging.
