Description Behold! At long last I've had the time to make some art and submit it. This may not be the freshest catch, but I have at least three other artworks in various stages of completion that will be submitted soon enough as well.

As for these fellas, these are the characters of our Warhammer 40k Role-playing sessions in the Koronus Expanse, where we are presently hunting down some pirating scum who prey upon the somewhat innocent inhabitants of the Imperium of Man. What makes these RPG sessions extra special to me is that for once, I am not the Game Master of my group this time!

Serena (NPC): Daughter of our present employer, an iron lady hardened through years of experience of living and fighting in the kind of bleak grimness that only the 40k setting can offer.

Gemetar Astraint (Player Character): Our Astropath. A young fellow with a past as a Hive ganger before getting forcibly recruited by the jolly types who man the Black Ships, whose job it is to collect any Psykers and either sacrifice them to the Emperor of Mankind or make them serve the Imperium, all depending on their usefulness. Gemetar is a silent and taciturn fellow who is scarred both physically and mentally, as so often is the case in the Galaxy, but who has both street-smarts and no small amount of learning.

Mordechai Moonfang (Player Character): Our Glorious Overlord (play the "Awaken" theme if you so desire) who has inherited his post from his father. Still young, but not so naïve as to turn away help from rather curious sources as long as it brings results (see below). Our mysterious employer is an old friend of his father, and rules a small portion of the Koronus Expanse in the Impierum's Name. Allies are important, for Mordechai's father has made many enemies among the rivaling rogue traders and merchant houses.

HIERONYMUS DRITTELMEIER, THE FRIENDLY TECH-PRIEST! (Player Character): My character, a misshapen voidborn Tech-Priest Explorator who started out as a mere cabin boy who was sent out to do the dirtiest, most dangerous tasks aboard his old ship. Once, when he somehow managed to save the ship from a disaster that had damaged its engine, the young Hieronymus was "adopted" by two Tech-Priests and taught their ways.
Thanks to his less-than-entirely-healthy upbringing and occasional risky travels through the Warp, Hieronymus has some... eccentricities. He makes paintings of all that he has seen in the Warp, and approaches life with a peculiar giddy optimism and a liberal attitude to new and strange technologies that makes other Tech-Priests only glad to send him away on far-off tasks.

Barsen Virker: A.K.A. Viking James Ironwood IN 40K! A military man who we have yet to learn much about, but has more bionic parts than Hieronymus and might be handy to use as a meat (meat/steel?) shield in battle.

Pilot Quickeye: Wow! I didn't know that Tracer had a distant relative/descendant in the 41st Millennium! As her title may imply, she steers our light cruiser (by 40K standards; it contains 15,000 people) through realspace and Warp, and does not so much walk as skip from one place to the other. The perky pilot is apparently sixteen (the Imperium takes whomever seems talented enough for a task at hand, it seems, given the existence of the Whiteshield corps and such), and is rarely seen without her double belt-fulls of Warp Cola.
