Angela's hands and feet had completely changed into paws. Finding it difficult to keep her balance, she dropped to the floor on all fours. As she did, she let out a plaintive meow as her spine reshaped itself to her new quadruped form. That wasn't the end of her problems, as suddenly everything went dark! She soon realized that her loose dress was covering her from head to toe. She had shrunken right out of her clothes. After she pushed her way out of the neckhole, she was surprised at what she saw. She was now a little house cat! She was covered in orange, striped fur. Her long hair was now nothing more than a dark patch on her back. She looked at the dress pooled around her four feet, and even though there were more important issues at hand, wondered where her belt had gone. As she craned her neck around to search for it, she felt something brushing against her chin. It was a collar!

With a little pumpkin on it, I'll bet...

She tried to voice a complaint, but only more meows came out. Oh no! she thought, trying to cover her mouth wth her palm, but settling for the back of a paw. How am I going to explain this to Mom? I literally can't! I've got to think of--

That's when she noticed she was licking her left paw. Her green eyes narrowed as she set the clean paw back to the floor. "Meow," she grumbled.
