Here's another attempt at what could be a rival to my heroic hi-tech OC Hotspur. I went with the name "C.A.T.T." and I don't even have an answer as to what that acronym stands for...Cybernetic Armor Tactical...something!

Is C.A.T.T. one person, or are there a bunch of C.A.T.T.'s out there that are fodder/foot-soldier types of characters??? I seriously don't have the answer to these questions yet!!!
