PLEASE DOWNLOAD TO GET THE BEST VIEW AND TO SEE THE FINE DETAILS OF THE PIECE!Here's another hot one by my buddy of one of my top OC's...this time it's none other than the mega tough, mega sexy, resourceful, and highly skilled leader of the Special Crimes Unit of the Angel Falls Police Department, cyborg cop extraordinaire Lieutenant Raina C. Hunter aka "The Perfect Weapon!" She makes Robocop look like an outdated Commodore 64 while she's a sleeky and sexy PS 3 and XBox 360 combined!
Criminal and rogue meta-humans and supervillains of Angel Falls better think twice about disturbing the peace when Lt. Hunter is on the beat!surprised me with this one, as I commissioned him to do these pics of Diamond and Sapphira yet he said that the 3rd color commission was on him!
Since I'm getting ready to feature Raina as the star in her first story arc (Capital Punishment) along with 's OC and fellow AFPD officer, Det. Angie, I'd figure I'd start a little buzz with getting a commission of Lt. Hunter! Tech that is badass enough to drop, or at least slow down, a top tiered super! Where as 's Det. Angie is a keeper of the peace of non-super powered criminals and threats, Raina's the newly appointed head of the Special Crimes Unit of the Angel Falls Police Department, which is in charge of helping the heroic supers fight crime against the super villains as well as those super/meta humans that aren't quite super villain status, but still have bad intentions of using their special abilities for evil.
Although there are some great guardians of Angel Falls such as Walkiria, Soviet Superwoman, Diamond, Mindy Marvel, Soul Train, and many others...there's no way that they can stop every single malevolent superhuman threat that goes on. That's where Lt. Raina's SCU comes in at...to take some of the load off of the shoulders of the superheroines! Not to mention that her longtime employer of B.E.C.A. (Bionically Enhanced Cybernetic Agents) have been commissioned to provide the weaponry, armor, and technology....Raina herself being the most powerful weapon that B.E.C.A. has given to the SCU and Angel Falls!

Wise move in outfitting the department thusly, even so, is someone could evade those beams and strike at the non-meta officers...

That's the thing...non-meta officers aren't normally dispatched to dealings of metahuman matters. Not saying that they won't show up to try and help protect civilians, but it wouldn't be smart at all for a normal human police officer to try and take on someone like Ultrawoman anyways without one of those hi-tech weapons!
Just like with the real police, there are different departments that specialize in certain forms of law enforcement...the S.W.A.T. team wouldn't be called in to handle a simple convenient store robbery or a domestic dispute.
Meta criminals could go after non-meta officers...but then there's the factor that not all metas are resistant to normal bullets and can be stopped by a highly skilled/trained human. The heavy stuff is usually saved for the heavy hitters...it's just easy to send those with powers and enhanced abilities to take on those with with similar enhanced attributes.

Ah yes, makes sense to have a powered meta-taskforce on hand in a city like Angel Falls, wouldn't have a chance of keeping up otherwise.

Good point...her body is fitted with some of the latest and most hi-tech cybernetic technology, so I don't think we have to worry about her getting red rings of death in her eyes and completely shutting down!
If she does and if B.E.C.A. can't fully fix her, I have a feeling that there's a certain quirky multi-armed cutie pie that could!

Yep yep! Best 50 bucks I've spent to see not one, not two, but 3 of my absolute favorite characters of my own by an awesome artist!
I'll bet that he could make Walkiria and company look great as well!
As for seeing more of Raina, you'll definitely see more of her...if you haven't seen the beginning of her story arc, look and read just what she and Det. Angie is gonna be up against!
