Like I already said, the problem with technology is that it keeps evolving...and it does so faster than greased lighting. It's not so bad if you're okay with a dated piece of tech that does what you want it to do, like a phone or a personal computer. It's a whole different story when you're talking combat cyborgs, armor, weaponry, and vehicles...especially when you work for an organization dedicated to protecting and saving the entire universe from hostile threats. Even more so when said organization has access to arguably one of the most powerful and effective emmissaries in the entire galaxy and you're in charge of making sure that she remains at least two steps ahead of everyone else! Sorry to toot my own horn a bit, but 'toot toot'!

That's not to say that she's invincible by any means, although at optimal performance she is damn near flawless! I can't even take full credit for that; her human spirit and moxy inside this souped up body is her X-factor. And I may be a genius, but I'm not infallible in my calculations and specs all the time. Some of our enemies are pretty damn smart and powerful too, and have definietly given Nikki and all of us here at Daedalus a run for our money. I wish I had the wealth and resources that The Matriarch has access to...there's no tellin' all of the cool tech stuff that I could come up with!

Yeah, it's becoming increasingly difficult for all of us here at Daedalus to fight against the forces of evil. I've been finding myself having to repair more and more of her body after major battles, as it seems if our enemies have devised weaponry that can cause major damage to Nikki's body like never before.

But I do love a challenge, and I knew that this day would come at sooner or later. I've got one helluva badass upgrade up my sleeve that I've actually been working on for my good friend here. Let's get this party started, shall we?

but I've since purchased something that I think I want to stick with for the long haul in regards to her cybernetic body.

I've found that it's really difficult trying to effectively light chrome surfaces without it coming out all dark like here. Maybe I'm not using enough light? And I somehow made a mistake and Nikki's lips came out light pink for some reason.

I actually can't wait to show y'all the next few renders! For all of my fellow female cyborg/robot/android fans...you'll wanna be sure to stay tuned!!!
