Description I posted this on tumblr and my facebook, but I wanted to posted here too.

I did a 24 Hour Drawing marathon a while ago, and one of the sketches from that marathon left me so impressed, that I knew it had to be colored. I didn't know how it was going to be colored, or the final results, but I knew it had to be colored.

The results for this have been satisfying, I'm really proud of turn out for this piece. Enjoy!

I've been starin' at this comment for a long time now, and I still can't believe it has been said! I mean, I really think you are because of the different subject matters you produce, your knowledge of color and how to use it in your projects...just all around awesome!

Something I'm going to be striving for now, to get better in color, do different subject matter, and inspire others. Cuz you do inspire me with your work Z, you really do.

Haha, thanks. My color may be good, but I think your style and form is much more refined than mine.

Oh look! Grimm's Spanish brother! I like!

The musical piece that came to mind was EspaΓ±a Cani.

Yeah it works, and the palette works well too.

I've been pretty good, just trying to get back into drawing again, I mean I've been drawing, but havent really completed anything. And, I haven't scanned any of my sketches either. Been brainstorming more comic ideas, a few new concepts, and some to add to my other ideas, but I just need to start one of them. How about you?

I hear you bro about different ideas, what to start, when to share - I've been the same as well for a while. The best thing I'm learning through this is it's best to have a good amount of it done so that you can focus on the latter half while others can enjoy the first half. That way, you're on your way to finish, and it won't keep people wonderin' when it'll be done.

You could slowly update things to come (without sayin' that - it won't make it seem like false hope for others and for yourself).....think of contracts and what professionals have to do - they have to keep quiet until the project is close to bein' ready for showcasing...that's what I'm doing now with projects unless they're only sketches that will remain as sketches. *nods* I'm looking to getting back into writing and drawing comics for a little while, then see where I can go from there.

Thanks for the input, that sounds like a great idea, having the first half ready before and work on the second while people are enjoying themselves. But as if now I have a long way to go.

I have two comics I'm writing with my brother, another with the same brother and a friend, and maybe three solo projects.

The ones with my brother we already have the beginning and end to both stories, all we needs is everything else in between and huge moments and reveals that will keep readers reading.

The one with my brother and a friend, we've already outlined, we just need to start scripting and do some more concept art.

The others I have in my head really need a lot of development, only because since they're just my own stories, I don't get help with other throwing out ideas, but I get new ideas for em too, just the writing part is a little tough for me, I haven't written anything in a long time, so I might follow suit and write too.

All I need now it to find the time to so these and know what to focus on first. And I think I'm lazy when it comes to scanning and posting things. I should really just get a bunch of the stuff I've done over the past few months or so and just post em.
