Description Wanted to give credit first: reference

Not to say I wanted to copy bit by bit from the image...I wanted to take on a challenge to see how I would draw her, while still allowing some influence from Bruce Timm...started to sketch her and before I knew it...I just wanted to ink and color the pic. So it's a nice warm up to some future posts ahead. Maybe to where I'll study her, and even do an original pose myself. We'll see.

Ink was such a WIKKID villain and you captured her silky . . . inkyness . . . *o*

The style from Batman Beyond was quite diverse and geometric; I liked it. Their lines said a lot about their personalities.

I've been real good! Lately been doing a lot of comic strips, doing different things with them, like doing full sized panels and scaling them down on the computer XD And I feel like I'm getting looser with my style and it's easier to control, kna'mean?

She looks really cool, here. I really envy how you can use just three or four colors in your pictures and make them look this good. Also I really love how you've done her lips.

Don't know this character, but if she's DC AND Bruce Timm, she's gotta be cool! Oh yeah...gave Batman a run for his money in Batman Beyond. Someone I wouldn't want to mess with (unless she's tryin' to steal my iMac...then that's a different story).

I really envy how you can use just three or four colors in your pictures and make them look this good. Thanks Misty! To be honest, that's just based off of graphic design knowledge...learning graphic design will help simplify complex things in order to read nicely and still get the message across. Though I want to get really good at coloring like you and your sister. Your coloring skills are remarkable and inspiring so keep it up my friend! Your sister as well!
