Description
This was suppose to be in previous page, but I thought it deserved its own piece. *ahem* After Lapis had shrouded Steven and herself in her wings, their gems began to emit a bright light and they both quickly got enveloped by it. "Lapis" had then unfurled her wings to reveal a new gem, Lepidolite, a fusion of a Steven and Lapis Lazuli. Through the fusion, Lapis shares her strength and power with Steven, and Steven shares his mentality of self confidence and optimistic feelings with Lapis.
Alright welp, part 2 is done. Stay tuned for the last 3 parts!

Given how powerful Lapis is and just how many abilities Steven has(Floating, healing, controlling plants, Ect.) this fusion would be ridiculously Over Powered.

There's eventually going to be an episode called "Alone at Sea." So maybe well see some Steven/Lapis fusion! I'm still waiting for Steven to fuse with a Gem.

You know this would probably be one of the most powerful fusions in the series if it where to ever happen, even before you combine any of there power's and abilities.

Yeah, tough a brawl might not be the best word. though both Steven and Lapis are powerful gem's but most of there power's involve range, support and defense, though Steven has gotten better with his shield and is now learning how to use a sword, but Lapis on the other hand seems to be like a classic mage type, Powerful but not good in physical combat.
Heck Lapis as well as Peridot are the reason's i think there are different class of gem's that mirror the Anime/Manga Sekirei's four classes of Sekirei (though i think there might be more classes among the Gem's)

True, if anything though, I anticipate their fusion fighting style to be more of a playful trickster where their weapon would be mirror version of Steven's Shield reflecting all force that comes in contact with it.
Maybe in the future when I develop a better drawing skillset, I might just showcase such a situation

I could see this fusion being able to channel Steven's healing abilities into the water that they controlled. I could also see the fusion bringing up a wall of water and then having that water suddenly change color to look like Rose's shield which would make the water impenetrable (though perhaps still malleable to Lepidolite's control so that they could change the shape and form of the shield). Finally, for a more offensive direction, I could see them being able to create replicas of Rose's sword out of water and control them telekinetically.
But frankly, Lapis is already the most powerful gem we've encountered on the show, bar none. She totally overwhelmed Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Lion, Connie, Steven, and Greg in his van, all at the same time, without even being there directly, trying to concentrate on turning all the water in the ocean into a giant towere, and having a cracked gem. Comparatively, Jasper was beaten down by Garnet 1 on 1 (excuse me, 1 on 2

True, I also bet there wings would gain Steven's healing and plant controlling abilities (since both seem to be body fluid based), so they could make a lot of cover to get around behind too.
That would be nice, though i find Rose is the hardest to place.

I can see that, to be honest. She's got way more of Lapis' body structure, with Steven showing in the hair and face as well as the final colour.
Still, it's a good design on its own.
