I've used this type of color reference thingies in some of my vectors. I actually have a bit more of them as you may see here.It's mostly for personal use but I thought I can share. It's not perfect. There is a crap ton of issues mainly with missing stuff and transparency so I highly advice you to find something better than this. It looks cool tho so I got that going for me which is nice.
The ZIP file there contains an svg file for vector work and a crispy edge render for raster stuff.

Thank you. Although it doesn't feel so. Probably because it wasn't done in one go. A pice now and then. I've just recently put this together.
