Here you can see the concept artwork for the Panzer-Suit I, the predecessor of the Panzer-Suit II. The armor enables a soldier to carry heavy weapons, that otherwise can only be mounted on vehicles.
Compared to the Panzer-Suit II, the Panzer-Suit I should look less advanced, with more hard edges and an exhaust-like thing on the back.
The picture shows a Panzer-League soldier with a heavy Heckler & Kock Grenade Machine Gun, which fires 40mm grenades.
