Yeah, they're called Sangheili, but are more commonly known as, Elites and they're from a video game called Halo.

I like this, the only real problem is the muscles on the sides of his neck. They seem somewhat large, but still, EPIC job!

I think elites always had claws, they just wore gloves over their hands the whole time in previous games

They looked more like extremely well trimmed nails to me. Which led me to believe they really are ultra-cautious about their looks, and extremel vain.
