Windows Vista 7 Build 7100.For Windows Vista SP1 x86.
June 5.2009
-New Windows 7 Group Taskbar.
-Quick Launch. (No Pinned Style)
-Normal Taskbar. (Same size as Small Taskbar for Windows 7)
-7 Feel in Vista Feel in 7. (You still can feel Windows 7 in this themes)
-Normal Icon Shutdown. (Never have to change the explorer.exe use default explorer)
MidWidth is 40.
7 Skin in Vista.

I dont use Windows Live Mail, but someone else notice the bug to. Im not sure where the bug located exactly.

no problem I've give up actually i tried to download vista style builder but it is not a free software even no trial version. i don't want buy it for just changing the color of the side panel you know.
i have made my own style theme using rstorator 2007, just edited the original vista skin and i like my own even still your skin is better and still your skin is my favorite one
but no problem i am satisfied with my own skin

Its windows 7, it is abit confusing but he using the beta build of windows 7 which is 7100.
This is a VS which makes windows 7 look like vista

I don't think so.
I've got it running on Vista. It's a Vista style which looks like 7100.
It's exactly the same as his other Windows 7-inspired styles except he's made the taskbar and quicklaunch buttons at the normal Vista size.
The screenshot shows taskbar buttons that have been modified via registry to only show the icon.

The title is abit misleading and information he provides
makes it sound like hes running windows 7 but im not here to judge anybody

Honestly there needs to be a category specifically for Windows 7. It would help avoid the confusion and decrease the clutter in the Vista Visual Styles category.
