the rage Chondra felt at the loss of his friend and brother-in-arms, Uub, combined with the moon's effects on his Saiyan DNA caused him to transform into the first OOzaru earth had seen since Prince Vegeta arrived.losing himself to the great ape instinct, he thrashed about through the night. Black laughed as he watched the giant beast destroy everything around it from high above the clouds. seeing the beast kill it's own allies in it's berserk state made him laugh even harder.
looking foreward to hunting down the last few rebels that this beast doesn't kill it's self, he flew off to wherever Black returns to his lair, dodging a random blast and lobbing one back at the source to blind the beast long enough to leave without further incident.

Stacking powers like that would be OP AF. Lol. But no, Mita and Chondra won't get access to EVERYBODY'S transformations all at once- unless Masakox does it, but he likely won't even let them have oozaru in his what if. Chondra and Mita aren't 'perfect' think of the Buu race from heroes. Maybe they won't need "booby-booby" to reproduce but with each generation they become less and less like Cell but will also have access to personalized move sets and transformations. Chondra gets oozaru after accidentally killing his friend while fighting Black but with Vegeta's help, he'll master that form which will allow him to attain his own new form. Mita will have another transformation completely different from her brother. Maybe I'll give her platinum instead of gold.
