Vision: 4.20/5.00
I feel as if there's a significant amount of the intended imagery prevalent, but there are several areas where I feel detail fell short on account of management for other areas in the picture. Will go into more detail in the summation.
Originality: 3.75/5.00
I will not exactly say that there is no originality here--Yes, Gardevoir is a very popular Pokemon, for several reasons, and yes, there is certainly a emphasis on a certain appeal in this picture, however the reason for my exact score goes beyond simply saying "not what was expected," or "not enough done." Will go into detail in the summation.
Technique: 3/5
I cannot feign respect for a member of the community, so I will be forthwith--this goes back to management of the picture as a whole. There will be a greater deal on that in the summation, but suffice it to say that I my ire is not towards the coloring and shading that you've done in this picture, not to it's clear intent. This is also the reason for my flat scoring of this aspect.
Impact: 4.25/5.00
I cannot say much more about the impact, for I feel that this work has a very clear intention and there is not much beyond that; I am not stricken too terribly, however, and I will admit that looking over the picture itself for more raises an eyebrow.
Total: 3.55/5.00
Summation:
I feel as though, while your color and shading of the characters and surroundings are certainly a boon, there is a greater deal of preparation that is lacking in the work, as well as a unbalanced allocation of your focus in the work itself. Perhaps I am simply pedantic, however I feel that your use of scaling visual proportions leaves much to be desired, as well as the lack of motivation in the setting and surroundings. In terms of what was and what was not done, I feel that there may have been too much emphasis on individual character shading, and no enough focus on the picture as a whole coming together. Speaking strictly of perspective, your landscape has noticeable flaws, uniformity aside, and in terms of proportion, it is evident that you directed your aim to specific areas, bypassing some more logical framework and leaving behind a rather asymmetrical feeling throughout the areas that appear to have the highest consistency.
Overall, I will more than certainly not deny you merit, however I must digress that this does fall short of my expectations. I feel your work could be honed to a much greater level were you to practice equal division of focus, and prioritize early framework and perspective over the polish of the finished product.

Bravo, bravo. You are amazing by it, and nothing will ever even say that. You art, both in and out, are why we are an amazing person. I mean, you art was just amazing, and you are not just "an artist", but an amazing warrior, simple and true than ever. The way that you are, the artist, the color and feeling, all and to time, was an amazing artist. Now, the only thing, was that you are not a 100%. Now, I can say that you are amazing by it, but not all there. If you are a true warrior, than to it!!!
